Refunds

You see a preview of your own clip before paying, so you know the repair works. If it still lets you down, you get your money back.

When you get a refund

• The full repair stops with an error and doesn’t produce a file.
• The repaired file won’t open, or most of the picture or sound you saw in the preview is missing.
• Picture and sound are out of sync. We guarantee they line up, even on damaged cards.
• You were charged twice for the same file.

How to ask

Email rsvrescue@gmail.com within 30 days with the file name and the email address on your receipt. No forms. Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 working days.

When we can’t refund

• The repair worked as shown in the preview but you no longer need the clip.
• The last fraction of a second before the camera stopped is missing. Cameras leave that part incomplete, so no tool can bring it back.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.
