Terms of service

The short version: try the free preview, pay once for each file you want fixed, and get your money back if a paid repair doesn’t work.

The service

RSV Rescue rebuilds interrupted video recordings in your web browser. The free preview shows the start of your recovered clip. Paying for a file unlocks saving the full recovery of that file, as often as you need.

Payment

Our order process is run by Paddle.com, who are the merchant of record and handle billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before you pay. If your payment is declined you can try another payment method; no repair is unlocked until a payment succeeds.

Your files

Your files stay on your computer and remain yours. Keep your original .RSV and the memory card until you’ve checked the repaired file. We aren’t responsible for footage that was overwritten or never reached the card.

Fair use

Don’t try to get around payment, overload the service or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We work hard to make every repair right, but recovery depends on what the camera wrote to the card. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the file, except where the law doesn’t allow this.
